The pillows back!! Wheres Tom??? its the first pic ive seen of her on her own for months!! shes allowed out for coffee wtf?? whats up with Tom?

i bet he's still in her ear though 'decaf kate, get decaf, the baby has to have decaf kate! or i'll come get you!!'

I drink decaf coffee and I'm pregnant. The caffeine in coffee is bad for the baby, not the coffee itself. Also, I've been told by my doctor that the caffiene equivalent to two cokes/one cup reg coffee a day is safe for the baby. More than that though, can cause birth defects.

Anyways, she must have remembered the right pillow today, since it's bigger than the last few shots of her have been.

Her hips and thighs are getting bigger. i am just very happy to see her w/o the midget meglomaniac hanging on her like a third arm.

It could very easily be steamed milk or hot chocolate - I almost never buy coffee to go, but anything I do buy comes in a cup just like that.

I think she's wearing a pillow or some sort of Hollywood special effects belly. There was a picture circling around the net and her belly bump was nearly nonexistent.
