I only think you can get away with this look if you're tall with very long legs, otherwise you'll just look stumpy a la Carmen!

No, that's not me 
But even if Carmen is short (how tall is she, anyway?) she's proportioned and she has fit beautiful legs, so not only I think this outfit in great, but also she looks great in it.

check out the 4th and 6th pics...the girl next to carmen has LONG legs...it makes Carmen look even shorter than she already is.
