I always think flouro pink is just right for a basketball court - kinda low key and subtle.

I don't object to him being ostentatious with his wealth -- the man
was making $1,000,000 per episode, after all -- but doesn't he
have any sense of aesthetics? It looks live five suburban homes
were fused together by M.C. Escher.

Perhaps he could take a lesson from David Hasselhoff,
who traded in an old ramshackle eyesore for this surprisingly
elegant and stately home:

Yes, the Hoff's home is suprisingly elegant. Great comparison! I keep staring at Matt's place and I actually get dizzy. I'd hate to have accidently misplaced my keys in one of those rooms because I'd have to call in a search party to help hunt them down.

my eyes!!!! i don't know which is worst, the hoff and his perpetually sucked-in stomach, or his house. it's like mcmansion-meets-sultan-of-brunei.

matt leblanc's house is nasty too. but so are almost all the celeb mansions. with the millions these people have, would it hurt to hire a real architect to design your spread???
the only celeb i can think of with incredible good taste and a real appreciation of beautiful things is brad pitt. that house he had with chiniston was simply breathtaking.

Matt and his wife have a daughter but I believe his wife has two (???) young children from her previous marriage. Am I even close to the truth??? Hell, I don't know.

Back to this house. It still overwhelms me and not in a good way but to each his own. I like simplicity so these big ol' mansions just seem like too much. Ugh, moving would be a nightmare! Uh-oh, it's happening again- my head is spinning. Must...lay...down.. My final thought: Matt's place is just a feng shui nightmare. Energy is going to be scattered everywhere and I just can't deal with it! Aighhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm sorry but the Hoff's house is just VILE - anyone who has a bar built in their home, even if they have the space, is tacky. I once saw some pics of Dr Phil and Stepford Robyn's 'gracious home' which she actually boasts about designing and it was breathtakingly bad. I will try and find them. Maybe we should start a thread about Vulgar Celeb McMansions?

That is a hideous eyesore. One house I remember kind-of liking when I saw it in a magazine once was Kelsey Grammer's. I couldn't find any pics on-line, though.

i love looking at people's awful houses. the tackier, the better. it's like some gruesome accident... you can't look away, no matter how bad.
