He looks fat. And I think he's had a facelift or something. When I saw his guest star role on Sex & the City a few years ago, he looked like boiled pigskin, all rubbery and tight.

Well, he's definitely losing his hair and/or had some plugs put in. That's why he's always wearing something on his head.

If you cut off his head I would find him hot. IMO his face hasn't been hot since A Time to Kill.
