She looks Italian.

Her teeth look fine. It's not natural to have blinding white teeth, ya know. Teeth are supposed to blend in with your skin tone, not look like alien choppers. It's not like they are disgusting and yellow.

I think she looks fantastic, although I never noticed before how small her eyes are.

It's true.
Once I was at my dentist's and I saw the "teeth-samples" from which they choose the colour to make you fake teeth. And I was very impressed to see that even the whitest of all those teeth was slightly yellowish.
Natuaral teeth are NEVER perfectly white.

But I'm with Tiki, I like them pearly white, pretty much like this...there you go
