I think it's not having any eyeliner/lipliner on. For being a celeb at an event, she's wearing pretty minimal makeup. She's a pretty girl.

She's very naturally pretty and she actually looks somewhat wholesome here. More often than not, she gives off such a trashy vibe.

Gotta take another look at the nose, she might have had the tip pinched a bit.
