It's unbelievable, she hasn't changed at all since the Spice days - apart from putting some weight on.
The outfit is a total disaster but she's pretty.

She has SO had some botox and probably other Work too. She's looking better than she has for a very long time and I'm glad she seems to be over the lesbian wrestler phase (although that Chyna-lookalike jawline is a worry). The outfit is a complete disaster.
But good for her - she had by far the best voice in the Spice Girls and it's a shame her solo career didn't take off quite the same way as Gerri Halliwell and the One Who Married The Footballer.
