she's been known to yo-yo diet between projects and the problem she will find is she is that much older. she could do it after rhythm nation, cos she was what 24? after janet. 29? after the velvet rope 32. but now shes 39 and it will be more difficult.
but she's also been rumoured to have plastic surgery to sort out her weight problems, so may go back to that if all this running on the beach isn't working. either that or the running is a cover!!!
