i agree, nothing wrong with that, she's almost 20, she should share some with us

the problem is that all the drinking and druggin is catching up with her, the girl is looking very tired lately and old too.

she has no discretion at all...any other underage movie star would at least try to hide it, but no, not lindsay, she knows that the pavorattis are 5 feet away from her and she still does it. nothing wrong with a little drinking, but at least do it somewhere where you know no one is gonna see ya. i don't know, it just looks very unclassy, but then again, lindsay's never been known for being a classy girl.

Lots of underage people drink, it's not a huge deal in my opinion. She's just pretending she's Canadian.

You could totally report these bars/restaurants for breaking the law, though.

I'm not sure I know many people that didn't drink at 19 and I was never carded at any restaurant in NYC from 17 on when I ordered wine or a margarita.

We had this debate before on a past incarnation of the board (I think it was brought on by Lindsay drinking back then, too!

)

Some places card EVERYONE like crazy, regardless of how old they look... and some places are more laid back. I'm assuming LA is more laid back.

I am 20 & recently, most places around where I live have quit carded me. I order alcohol all the time--Lindsay drinking a beer is not a big deal at all--most every 20 year old does so.
