Poor disfigured Pam.. It must be excruciating to live with those boulders, and I think its pretty obvious that she hates them and is constantly trying to find a way to get rid of them.. But unfortunately she is trapped in the image she has created.

um how exactly can you tell from the above pics?? Generally she looks like an anorexic, and everyone would be all on her ass about it if it wasnt for those blimpers on her chest that take the attention away from the rest of her scrawny body. That is just NOT what you call fit or in shape.

i agree. well i'm not so sure i care to know about the beast in the beedsheets part but she definitely has fabulous muscle tone and except fot the blimpies, she has a great body.
