I love that she's doing this! Good for her! One of the classiest, level-headed young celebrities out there, along with Mandy Moore and Joss Stone.

Who really cares why she does it or actually who is doing it...we all know litter is a problem in public places.
We ride 4 wheelers on the lake bottom near our house, and we bring a trash bag for our trash. We are encouraging others to do the same because we have been warned that the litter is going to be the reason they stop riding there.
P.S. I don't call the paps, tho
