I don't think that length looks good on her because it accentuates her cheeks. But I used to have short hair, like boy short, and I got compliments all the time. Way more than I ever got with longer hair. I think certain facial structures can pull it off really well (Pink, Jada Pinkett Smith, Sharon Stone, etc come to mind).
