This doesn't apply to just TC, but all celebs. I think if they are walking down the street or appearing at a premier or even entering/exiting some place they are fair game. I don't think it is right that they photograph them through the window. That just seems creepy and way past crossing the line IMO.

I agree, it's inappropriate. Plus, they're not even after pictures of Tom, they're after pictures of Suri which to me makes it that much more skeevy.
She's such a gorgeous baby though. My fave celeb baby.
