Now that you mention it, it does look like he's trying to cover up her crotch area from the cameras. It looks like he's at the car door and his hand is covering her inner thighs as she's getting out of the vehicle. If it's an SUV or Suburban, Victoria probably had to open her legs a big wider to step out of the car and she was looking down, afraid that her skirt was going to rise up too much and she was going to expose her 'petunia'. She did make a comment on the Jay Leno show to the effect of she didn't understand why these young celebrity girls don't wear knickers...lol

Either way, how chivalrous of David to care enough to do that for his wife.

She had a show on in the US 'coming to america', and I think she mentions something about all of the crotch shots in the media. So, she's well aware.

They seem so nurturing to one another.

Eh. They seem more like the kind who would mistake boring sex for 'hot' just cause the participants (themselves, in this case...you just know they have to have a mirror around somewhere...over the bed perhaps?) are visually appealing. Unless Vicki really is as insecure as she likes people to think.
