Her hair was the only thing she had going for her.

I don't think that was a lack of respect, that's her trademark.

I can stand her voice and singing style for about 2 songs in a row.
After that it becomes barf-worthy.

She is ok. I admire that she does her own thing. The dress os overkill.

1- She always performs barefoot, be it for Diana or the hobo down the street.
2- She has a great personality, is not afraid to speak her mind, and is really sweet and level-headed (read/seen her in interviews and on Punk'd?)
3- Her hair works amazingly for her, be it blond, black or red
4- Her dress style is unique and in accordance to what hair color she has at the moment (paler colors when blonde and flashier when red for example)
5- Music is very subjective. She has a very good voice and her songs are nice pop/r&b/soul tracks with a few great stand-outs, in my opinion.
I absolutely love Joss, and believe she's one of the nicest and wisest young celebrities out there (along with Mandy Moore & Sophia Bush). This is of course my opinion. But I will firmly stand by it.

Agreed on the dress thing - i guess people's style change but i miss her blonde hair and previous dress style.

Love her. I think she's really talented. After she dyed her hair, I always said the dress/hair needs to be an either/or thing, not both. Crazy hair, toned down dress or vice versa. I actually don't mind this dress too much except it looks like she cut the hem herself although the pattern also ends there so I'm not sure.
