Not that I care for the Hilton sisters, but if had to choose between them, I would take Nicky. She has just a little bit of promise.

That dress is very junior high dance-ish. The color is very flattering on her and she is less fug than Paris, but that's not saying much.

^^I noticed this too. It's pretty apparent in most of the videos they take of themselves partying and being generally vapid. She hides it better because she's not quite the massive attention whore that her sister is.
On a strictly aesthetic note, I actually like that dress. Even on her.

That family is trash. Nicky only seems better because she is not shoved down society's throats by the media.
I could swear I wore that dress in a different color...at my seventh grade formal. I am in my late twenties now. Hmmm...

a long time ago a magazine had her and Paris on the cover, and the headline was (paraphrasing heavily) "Read inside about the glorious, beautiful, sexy, stunning, captivating Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky" and right beside Nicky's name they added: "(Also sexy!)"
A cruel afterthought driven home by the brutal insult of parentheses. I think the font was even super tiny.  Nicky stopped trying to market herself as a sex symbol not long afterward.

Um...I think I wore that dress as a bridesmaid in 1984. I carried a matching parasol, but I see she only stole the dress and not that.
