The dress looks great on her but the top of the dress
is like.....odd. Is it supposed to be off the shoulder or

The dress would look great on her if she wore the top like it's supposed to be worn.
Women can not go wrong in a red dress. It should be the "little red dress" not the little black dress.

her body is soooo rocking-- 40 with 2 kids, amazing! (ofcourse minus the too big boobs). But seriously, she needs to STOP wearing the same makeup she did when she was 29 years old. heavy eye makeup and nude lipstick does NOTHING for her. Infact the best Ive seen her look in a long time was not too long ago where she worse very minimal makeup--she looked 10 years younger

^ITA! She looks incredibly good in the second pic.
I really like the colour of this dress - great shade of red - but I don't think it's doing anything for her, otherwise. The material looks kind of like bathing suit jersey, and the fit is anything but great.

I like pammy, but she would look so much better if she grew in her brows. It would make her look younger and update her appearance.
