I wonder what her body fat percentage is? 2%? 5%? Sheesh, she is not going to age well without a little fat to help fill out the sagging skin!

I'm not a Madonna fan at all, but I have to hand it to her, she's always been so thin and fit. She looks good for pushing 50.

Three hour workouts huh? If us average joes and janes had the bling bling and time to work out that long we'd be thin and in shape too regardless of the food we ate. Nothing special here.
Did I mention how unhealthy it is for the body to exercise too much?

I disagree. Most average individuals do not have the motivation and self-control to dedicate themselves to a fitness regime in my opinion. Most hope for a magic bullet, a quick fix or wiseful thinking to get themselves in shape. Fitness is a lifetime dedication in my opinion and should be continuous for desired results to be evident.
