It's possible to eat and work out 
However, she got a nice body, however she should put on some pounds... compared to all the skinny models, Anna has a nice slim body because of her work outs and not the heroine...

Oh Chilly, I'm so happy you think like me, I thought I was the only one together with Anna herself and her mother!!!
She looks beautiful without makeup too, sometimes her eyemakeup makes her eyes look smaller (they're not too big to begin with) and messes up the proportions of her face.
