She has had a tummy tuck and a nose job. And hair that color on a natural brunette takes some serious maintenance. If her mother was not you know who, we'd hardly recognize her, and for sure, she'd not be starring in movies. She's been around paparazzi since she was a child because of said famous mother, so I guess by now she's pretty used to it.
