In general Lohan looks like she smells. Well, not as bad as Britney, but she at least looks generally raunchy and drunk/high.
However, in this picture she looks...clean. Classic black shirt, black pants with cuffs, shoes and accessory not obnoxious, her hair looks brushed. I'm kinda impressed. Although I'm sure we just caught her before her nightly drinking and drugging binge.

Does Starbucks stay open all night in WeHo and other parts of L.A.? It might. But it sure as hell doesn't around here  Hell in my area they roll up the sidewalks at 6pm but where I'm moving back to, it jumps - and I'm moving there just in time for the summer weather! woohoo
