I reckon thats just the high-waisted trousers/nappy effect. They even made Mischa Barton look fat. I love the top half, bottom half not so much but I always think she's gorgeous anyway,

You care immensely what people say about Kylie on here, for some reason. Most other posters can relax and comment on other celebs, haven't you noticed? All this vigilance must be pretty tiring!

My God Fab! They're called fans. What would any self-respecting celeb be with out them? You should see me at the Jennifer Aniston fan board. I'm absolutely OCD! 
But I do think that 1940's style of palazzo pant can make a person look heavier. You have to be tall to really pull them off. Katharine Hepburn and Jean Harlow wore them well.
