In case anyone doesn't know, Elie Wiesel is a Jewish scholar who was in a concentration camp and lost many family members. He wrote a book called NIGHT, which is often required reading by various college classes. He's an amazing man and an inspiration.
Oprah gets honored so often she prolly just sleepwalks through all that anyway.
