^Yeah, I noticed that too. I like Hilary and she can look really pretty. This outfit does nothing for her.

Normally when you see her out, she looks very put together and tasteful but obviously when she is performing she really lets that idea go to the bucket and sluts it up a bit..but hey, she's almost 20..if she wants to show a little skin, why not?
