Ok, it's pretty obvious from this and other pics that she wears big necklaces to cover that scar on her chest... you can see her here noticing that it moved and exposed the scar:

My question is, why doesn't she cover that shit UP? I don't care much about her scar, but it's not like she has nice cleavage! What exactly is she showing off? She's obviously trying to camoflage the scar, but why not just wear a more modest dress and spare us the entire disasterous region??

Couldn't she get that scar removed by laser or something? If it bothers her enough to want to cover it up with a medalion of some sort, she should consider a laser treatment. Lots of ppl get PS n stuff and their scars aren't as badly visible so I'm guessing the PS/laser technology is advanced enough to be able to remove something like that. She has the moeny to afford a gastric bypass, why not a laser treatment?

Are you sure it's a scar? and not a birthmark or mole? Not that it matters, because if you are all about imagine, whether it is a scar or a mole, I would think she would cover it up with make-up or something other than what looks like an over-sized penny.
I want to know who helps her dress and tells her "you look good"..because if Al is gay, he sure isn't working the gay-ness in helping her dress good.
I love how in the picture where you can see her holding her purse, she can't bend her ring finger to hold the purse..either she wants to make sure the ring is seen so she extends the finger! or she can't bend it from too much bling (that doesn't look good by the way).
