It's her nose and chin! Her nose shape is different. Look at the tip, then work your way up. Also, her chin seems to protrude a bit more. It looks as if she may have had fillers and even, gasp!, a facial lift of some sort.

I thought she was cute when the show first started. Now, she always looks bad. Her skin and hair are awful.
ETA - not so much in this picture, but on the show.
