I read the photographer's comments on these pictures, they said she kept her eyes cast downward and kept covering her face with her hair.
She knows she looks busted and is trying to cover that shit up!
She's the poster child for staying far far away from drugs and plastic surgery on your face.

I don't know, her eyes look totally different to me. Hardened, like they're not even the same person. She reminds me of a truck stop hooker who's lived a hard life or drugging and drinking. In the face, that is, her body still looks young.
