Her outfit looks incomplete, there's definitely something missing in the face/neck area, like some jewellery.
Is he her boyfriend? I agree, he's way better looking than her. Still somehow I find they make a cute couple.

I think she's much hotter than he is. Love the dress on her, the fit is fantastic and her figure is amazing here, but yeah, I kinda agree that it needs something more.
