Why does this guy persist in making himself look as unattractive as possible? I just don't get it. He could be decent-looking with different hair (and demeanor).

That's what I meant. I've seen some decent photos of him with hair. NO facial hair. Whatever. He doesn't give a rat's ass. He's got bucks and he's hangin' with the jet set. They'll tolerate him unless he runs out of money or screws up bigtime. I vote the latter, since he's on a guaranteed income for the next 18 years.
