Though she is still evidentially pretty here.....the hair make-up, and dress is sooooooooo wrong. Actually she could have pulled off the dress with the bad make-up had she just kept her hiar up in one of those throwback styles like she always does. Come to think of it Scarlett generally ALWAYS looks good.....wonder if she told her stylist she'd try it herself this time.
