Those are extensions in her hair.
I have long hair, too. I wish it would get that long, but for some reason it stops growing when it gets to a certain point.

I thought the point of going to a beauty salon was to emerge looking refreshed and sexy. She looks skanky as usual. I'm also sick of the daily "Lindsay at McDonalds", "Lindsay at the Club", "Lindsay Leaving the Hair Salon" updates. Stay home, bitch! You're not that interesting.
