I hate how she acts like she hates having her picture taken. What happened to 'i would never discourage anyone from looking at me', or 'i like to be called 'sexy' or whatever the hell she said. Scarlett go out without makeup and no one would be looking twice at you. Sorry but she's plain as hell without it.
the outfit makes her look chubby
If she doesn't want her picture taken, she might try toning it down. The dye job, garish makeup, and freaky outfit is like a beacon.
