I love her dress. She's cute and smart, and I rather admire her for not wanting to play the game... I'm sure there are plenty of other options out there for a girl like Julia.

At least she stayed normal! Shes always been so natural, and she never went away from it. I loved her character in 10 Things I Hate About You and thats how i imagine she is in real life.

Really?! In pic 2 she looks really fresh--just from pictures I'd think she was younger than Lohan or Johanssen.

I think she looks fantastic and FINALLY put together--the lighter blonde hair color is much more flattering than the mousy medium blonde she naturally has (I'm the same way lol)

I admire her for staying out of the fame game too, SY&P.
