It could certainly be worse. Remember the butter blonde hair of last year? At least this has red undertones so it looks sort of complimentary to her skin tone.

After reading the title of his thread, I expected Shirley Temple curls. She really doesn't look that bad, but the blonde hair is still a poor choice for her.
