The 1st pic on the second row, you can see lines on her nose. She hardly has fat on her face, much less her body. She needs an IV bag and some vitamins ASAP!

she obviously has a problem, either an eating disorder or renewed drug addiction, and she needs to be in some sort of facility, not fame-whoring around New York. If Nicole and her family continue to deny that there's obviously something very wrong with her, it's my guess that she'll be dead within a year.
