I think she might have done her own hair and makeup or something ... that seems impossible though. But she's just not wearing much makeup at all, and the hairstyle is very casual/do-it-yourself, so who knows.

I think she looks amazing, better than most celebs would look without styled and processed hair and tons of makeup. This look is more fresh-faced Neutrogena commercials or something.
