I keep seeing Danny Kaye in him. Never understood why scores of women found him attractive or sexy. As a matter of fact, I found Danny Kaye much more appealing: ugly, but FUNNY and a true humanitarian.

I have never got the appeal of Gere and I never noticed that he looked sort of like Danny Kaye until you said it, but it's definitely true.

hmm, did he color his hair silver on purpose (for a role???)? The shape of the glasses make him look older too.
He went from salt & pepper sophisticated to Grampa.

i always found him attractive till he talked something about his voice but I like the silver hair but he's looking a little thin on top mmm is someone going bald
