That hair is so unflattering. She's definitely done somthing to her lips, and her face is tight, like she's had Botox, but that's not possible, since she's only 20. She could be such a pretty girl , but she's ruining her looks.

Sad thing is, it IS possible for a 20 year old to have Botox, and I wouldn't put it past Lindsay.

Could she have had cheek implants? I know that they used to be applely but they look so much more so now & she's put weight on, not lost it....
