    Her back is disgusting and that photo doesn't even show it at its worst. Just watching it move was awful. There's a hollow where there should be muscle.

    too bad she's still struggling with that. But she's been even skinnier than this, so I guess its not as bad as it could be.

    There's several reasons why her back could appear boney or is boney in these photographs. Anorexia shouldn't always be the first assumption.
