She had liposuction a couple of years ago. However I think she said it was painful, pointless and quite ineffective so she might not have had a any cellulite before that. I think she is very strict with her diet, works out a lot and quite genetically blessed with her figure (non-boobwise obviously)

lipo doesn't remove cellulite. She's probably one of the few that doesn't have any or goes in for treatments every week to keep it at bay.
Nothing is natural on this girl.
