I think Kim is quite pretty, and she and her her sister have really nice dresses here.
And NHKMM, you have FABULOUS eyes! I don't think they're too girly for you, because you have really manly eyebrows, which is nice. You must be really handsome...

Yup, she probably has had more surgery than that. Probably lips and boobs?
I saw a pic of her when she was younger ,and yes she certainly DID have surgery on her nose.

That pic is quite bad but it's obvious that her nose was pretty big. But the fact that she's had surgery doesn't make her any less pretty.

The lips are natural...and her boobs were already big and they look natural now, so I think she's only had her nose done. Really good job.
