The hairstyle is not doing her any justice. I think she looks wonderful
for her age and she seems to be quite comfortable with herself.

She does look like she has gain a bit of weight or it could just be the cut of the dress. The color and the dress itself is not doing her any favours

The dress is very unflattering I think it is because she has wide shoulders and that 1 thin strap makes it really obvious.

My friends saw her at a Book Expo a couple months ago and she looks gorgeous! Very tiny and cute!

Looks like some mysterious bloating to me. Compare her face between the bookstore snap a "couple of months" ago and the current shot--either she really packed on some weight FAST or she's bloated. How odd.
The hairstyle isn't flattering to her rounder face at all.
I like Cattrall a lot and normally she seems to be aging attractively (for a Hollywood actress anyway.) Who knows what's up...hope she doesn't have health issues.
