I don't know what her nose looked like pre-fame but hers now is one that sure looks tampered with. Same for the lips.

She looks different to how she looked in 7th heaven thats all i know. Obvious nose job and the lips are very obvious too.

I don't think she had her nose fixed. E! had a program on yesterday on stars before they were stars and Biel was in a McD commercial during her teens and her nose looked the same.
