Her hair was fine back in the 90s when everyone was wearing that stick-straight hair, but now I think it's time for a change. That dark red lipstick is hideous and does not help matters.

She looks awful. Bad choices on the lips and clothes. What's with the new "Oops-I-left-my-pants-at-home" look?? Personally, I really like her with short hair (i.e. Sliding Doors) but at this point just taking off a few inches would be better than this.
