I am not familiar with Costco but the buggy says T J Maxx on it are they the same store? Those shoes omg burn them.

That's odd, because if it weren't for the buggy, I'd say it's BigLots. Costco sells things in bulk, TJMaxx sells designer labels cheaply (but the ones I've seen don't sell anything in that picture), and I don't *think* they're related.
Shoes: like the flower color/pattern, hate the style.

Cute dress - shoes are FUG!
She is not at Costco. They don't have tiny carts, checkout stands w/magazines or security buzzers at the door. Looks like she's just shopping at a supermarket or something and grabbed at TJMAXX cart (which was probably next door)
