Ditto.
She's already lost a lot of weight from her 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' days although she looks AMAZING now. She really looks good at this weight and should maintain it.
America is so beautiful and curvy...and
REAL WOMEN HAVE CURVES! (GREAT movie btw...:p)
I get so tired of being dissapointed by all of the 'somewhat' healthy looking actresses, (who are still already VERY thin compared to all of us other non-famous, size 8, 9, 10 & + women in the first place!) who so easily succumb to the temptations and evils of Hollywood by starving themselves to fit into a size double 00.
Ugh.
Hopefully America will be ONE of the young actresses out there who will stay true to herself and keep her curves...
I can't even count the number of actresses/singers who have preached about having a 'healthy body image' and maintaining a 'healthy weight' and how it is important for young girls to see that you don't have to be anything less than a size 2 to be successful- who have preached that they are 'proud' of their bodies and do not care what the paparazzi or media thinks of them shrink down to a skeletal form just to become another platinum blonde, starved starlets...
No wonder so many young people are starving themselves and putting themselves and their bodies through hell just to try and reach an unbelievably distorted and far-fetched goal of unattainable perfection...through beauty which is being so thin you are almost non-existant! 'Turn-to-the side and dissapear' thin! Our fucked up society PRAISES this...
*Sigh* The world we live in today is quite a depressing one.
I have great fear for our young sons and daughters of the future...
Wow...sorry for the rant...I just feel very strongly about issues like this...>.<
