    I don't like the outfit but it is very "Mischa", so I'm not surprised. She's pretty consistant with her style.

    ^Yes, it consistently looks bad.
    I dont think I'v ever seen her in a nice outfit in candids, she looks good on the red carpet though. She's just lucky she's a pretty girl and gets away with bad fashion choices.
