She has obviously been given a more girlish or innocent looking haircut, to help her get over the 'bad stuff'. I saw the interview and am not buying it at all. Holding a teddy bear and shit...come on.

I'm not buying any of the "i'm an alcoholic, addict, etc and rehab changed me" from her. I think it's what she's been instructed to say.
You were lucky to have me. But you know what? I think I already got the best part of you. And she's standing right out there. I don't know... what's left just doesn't look so good anymore. Hope Floats

I'm not buying it either Goose. I think she's trying hard to convince us, but it's a no go over here. Its like shes almost trying TOO hard.

We'll be seeing pix/hearing stories of her partying it up in the clubs again in a matter of months. My opinion only of course.....

Not that I watch it, but I'm pretty sure the contest isn't based purely on beauty. However, I think her 15 minutes are definitely up.

There are plenty of prettier girls here in the good ole USA. I see them out on the streets every day. Maybe many of these pretty girls have better things to do than waste their time on a dumb beauty contest.

also...when did alcoholism become a disease? why is drug addiction considered in someone's history as possibly being given to them through genes? that's crap. just don't freakin do it. if i like marijuana or coke, does that mean i have a disease? no. maybe a person is trying to deal in an unhealhty way with an issue but thats not a freakin disease.

I think a tendency towards alcoholism or drug addiction can run in families. However, I do believe in free will. Just because you have a bunch of drunks in your family tree doesn't mean you have to become an alcoholic, too.

Absolutely! For me, to just have one drink is very very hard. For most people, it's no problem. Alcoholism runs in my family but neither of my parents drink. I was never around it but truly have to watch myself when I drink. It is in the genes or something; I believe it is a fact that genetically we can be predisposed to addiction...but again, choices and self-control, man.
