Um, no.
Does her stylist absolutely hate her? The dress doesn't even look like it fits right around her bust, and all that gathered fabric in front doesn't hang properly on her. The color is lovely, and the choker thing is...interesting...okay it's ugly, but overall it's just too strong of a dress for her to carry off.
And her hair stylist isn't much of a friend either, it appears.

I think she is too slim to wear something like that. Perhpas it would have been suited to some one more curvey...but thats just my opinion

I think she was trying to duplicate Heidi Klum at the Golden Globes (which looked like crap too BTW).
Her speech was absolutely terrible too.

Well, I like that she tries to look different on the red carpet, and I think the dress would have been better if it was just a little tighter in the waist and bust.
She does need a new hairstylist, though. Her hair does not look good pulled tightly back.
