This is what you get when she doesn't have access to her stylist. That's atrocious.

You know, if she was actually serious, we wouldn't see her out & about, using her blackberry, etc. She would hunker down and clean herself up. What a joke.

I don't think she was ever in rehab. I think it was another ploy for attention and when she realized people weren't shocked by it, she stopped even bothering to pretend. No rehab program can be effective if she's constantly allowed to go out and shop and do whatever the hell she wants- with or without a chaperone.
